Playa Fantasia is a hidden-gem not crowded by hundreds of tourists and boats from all over Costa Rica. The sandy beaches of Playa Fantasia are a 45-minute sail from the Jaco and Los Suenos area. In comparison to 1-2 hours by boat to Tortuga Island, depending on the company you tour with, of course.
Playa Fantasia is a protected refuge to protect many native species of trees, animals and marine life. Our day tours, sunset tours and night tours all are designed to interfere as least as possible with the ecosystem. From the beach, we often see whales in the distance, dolphins, and in the season, we have turtles laying eggs and hatching on the beach.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON TOUR TO PLAYA FANTASIA?
We bring all our guests in from the boats with a small tender boat. You will arrive in awe of the absolute beauty of the palms trees swaying, scarlet macaws eating from the almond trees and a beach that stretches from one mountain range to the next.
All our guests will have a private chef-prepared BBQ lunch, an open bar of hand-mixed cocktails and fresh fruit juices. Beach loungers spread over an area prepared just for our guests along with hammocks, volleyball net and seating area.
At Playa Fantasia, we have included in all our tours paddleboards, surfboard, boogie boards and snorkel gear.
If you are on a private charter, you will have free banana boat rides, curated menu options of food and beverage and the privacy of our beach area just for your guests. On private tours, you will also have the opportunity to hire a DJ and turn the party up a notch on the secluded beach.

RENTING A PRIVATE CATAMARAN
Sealounge Catamaran is available to be rented for a day, morning or sunset tours. Also available to charter for our super unique Night Sensations – Dinner, Show and Cruise to the beach.
When renting the catamaran privately, you will have the beach club area private for just you and your guests. You will also have a selection of food and beverage menus, private chef, private 50ft. catamaran and crew.
